Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
